Lucy Heartfilia - Mamba Gyaru!verse

Lucy from Fairy Tail done up in the late 90's-early 00's mamba style. For those who are unfamiliar the mamba fashion was inspired by a centuries old folk tale about the monstrous spirit Yama-uba, aka Mountain Witch. Who has a similar appear having dark skin, white hair, and often wore bright garments. (technically that's yamamba, but mamba is an off shot of that with more color)

Coloring this made me realize how much I want an Alba Rosa Coat for myself.
